Master Plan of the port of Samos, Greece

The study aimed at updating of Master Plan of port of Samos in Greece.

The scope of the study is:

• Diagnosing the needs and capabilities of the port Vathi of Samos,
• Producing a plan for the improvement of its infrastructure and E/M equipment, improving the functionality of its facilities and the optimal spatial organization of all the functions and activities of the port in order to meet present and expected future needs in view of expected future port traffic like cruise, water airport, marine.
• Examining the economic and financial feasibility and viability of the new investments required

The contracting authority is the Region of North Aegean / General Directorate for Developmental Planning of the Environment and Infrastructure / Regional Unity of Samos / Directorate of Technical Works.
