Strategic and business planning of an Urban Zone in Kozani (ZEP Kozani)

The objective of the project was) the elaboration of a:

1) strategic – business plan for Implementing the investment programme for the development of an Urban Planning Zone in Kozani (ZEP Kozani) on land owned by the Municipal Urban Planning Company of Kozani (DEPEPOK), where residential, administrative center, commercial and tourism uses can be attracted

2) management and financing scheme for its implementation

3) socio-economic cost-benefit analysis.

The concept of the Kozani ZEP was to provide solution to the housing problem of the Municipality of Kozani, through the implementation of a comprehensive program, which includes the study, construction and distribution to third parties of ready-made dwellings or land/plots with infrastructure, the study and construction of communal and public works, and sports centers or shopping malls.
