The study concerned the preparation and submission of a dossier for an “Investment for the creation of a complex of tourist accommodation in Corfu in Greece” in order to be subject to Strategic Investments.
The dossier included all the required documents in accordance with the current legislation (Law 4608/2019) for the application submission in the Strategic Investments.
Specifically, dossier included:
- Investment plan (Business Plan, Investment Viability Assessment, Financial Model)
- Study of direct and indirect effects of the investment
- Study of urban characteristics
- Environmental analysis
ΟΜΙΚΡΟΝ S.A. had undertaken the Investment plan (Business Plan, Investment viability assessment, Financial model), the Study of direct and indirect effects of the investment and the preparation and the submission of the dossier to the Authority of Strategic Investment Evaluation (Enterprise Greece).
